Whether you are buying tickets for an event or registering for a course, our refund policy is simple. You will receive a complete refund if you cancel your order three days or more prior to the event or course.
If you are placing an advertisement, your payment is nonrefundable after the first day of the month prior to the issue of release. For example, if you are placing an ad in the August issue of FACETS, your payment would be non-refundable after July 1.
